Richard founded the specialist wine company many years ago after having an extensive career working for the finest wine companies in London. These specialist wine companies have included Bedford Fine Wines, Les Amis du vin and La Reserve. In this Wine Talks British Business podcast episode Richard recalls many stories from his days working at the various wine shops in central London, where, amongst his regular customers he also had many celebrities that came to the store for his wine advice. Including a rather amusing incident where a famous comedian left his money for a wine purchase by the unattended till at the front desk unbeknown to him that the store was being robbed behind the scenes.
