Made in the traditional method from 100% chardonnay grapes, picked at our very first harvest back in 2017. Aged for over three years on its lees this is an exceptionally refined sparkling wine. We have made only 3000 bottles.

We are so excited to have this in our range of sparkling wines - it’s a fantastic addition alongside our award winning Blanc De Noirs and Rose de Noirs. It has an exceptional mousse and a fresher, more mineral flavour profile.
