Black Book Sauvignon Blanc Slow Disco 2020

Made from a small planting of Sauvignon Blanc there are only a handful of English winemakers making this style of English wine.

Aged in old burgundy barrels with frequent lees stirring, to provide extra weight and added dimension on the palate. It is an easy-going, expressive and textured English white wine.

The wine has aromas of dried citrus with tropical, melon, peach, and fresh stone fruit. The palate follows suit with

Only 260 bottles have been made of this premium rare English white wine.
