Perfect to freshen up an afternoon with it's crisp fresh taste.

Critics reviews:
‘Extremely pretty apple and lemon-curd aromas with some honey-dew melon undertones. Hints of bread dough. Full-bodied with plenty of fruit, a layered texture and a creamy finish. Fruity, yet tight and focused.’
93 points - James Suckling'Very, very English. All our other drinks that the Brits do well come to mind, apples from the orchard, great aromas of Elderflower. Light and highly entertaining and made on the Hampshire Downs.' - Matthew Cobb - Wine Advisor
'Elegant hawthorn and acacia on the nose than a palate that has impressive mousse, green apple freshness and hints of autolytic brioche to round it out.'- Simon Field MW
