Made in theWest London winery, with organically grown grapes from Limoux, southern France, this delicious, classic wine perfectly reflects the fine characteristics of northern hemisphere Pinot Noir.

Fine tannins balance with good acidity, allowing this wine to age gracefully.

Aged for a year in French oak barrels, 10% new, before bottling, without fining or filtering.

 Perfect now but can age for a decade or more
